A tenant improvement project for a full mechanical upgrade. The old restaurant was stripped back to the bones and brought back to life.
What made this project different: As this is a dockside restaurant JQ Mechanical’s site staff worked from a boat during high tide to install sanitary mains, and beer conduits. Working with a tide schedule was definitely a first but our team were patient and efficient and installed these lines ahead of schedule.
