This project consisted of adding 4 classrooms to the school by means of a two-storey expansion. The project included all new plumbing, heating, HVAC, controls and sprinkler works to serve the addition. With the existing mechanical room being at the other end of the school, JQ Mechanical opted to work after hours to get all hangers installed and pipes pre-measured prior to spring break. This allowed the mechanical team to complete all piping including testing, inspections and insulation during Spring break.
