What made this project different: Being one of the first tenant improvement contractors to work on the Tsawwassen Mills project was a great experience. JQ Mechanical ended up completing all the piping for the aquarium in bass pro which we adapted to quickly and efficiently. JQ Mechanical ended up completing over 15 stores in Tsawwassen Mills for a variety of tenants aiding our clients to meet the crucial opening day. This includes the largest tenant in the mall, Bass Pro Shops.
